I need to see your focusing sentence that tells what the central idea of the paper is and what IDEAS from the novel (or scenes) you will be discussing that illustrate the point you are making.. . Or you could write the introduction that states your main idea and the points you are using in the paper. These ideas need to have my approval. Usually I am open to any creative,reasonable idea for a 750 word paper.
More later. Bring in your green grammar book. I have an extra I can lend to MM who wasn't here before this term. Any grammar book will do that has a sample MLA format paper in it.
